This Promotion is open to Zynga Poker players who reside in the U.S. and are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will run from 09:00 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 14, 2020 to 09:00 A.M. PT on March 6, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).

ENTRY
Eligible users can enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period in one of the following ways:

• In-Game Entry. Access the Zynga Poker application on their computer via Facebook.com or zyngapoker.com, or their Zynga Poker mobile application on their mobile device, and complete one or more weekly “Event Challenges” associated with the Promotion. Eligible players will receive one entry for each week of Event Challenges they complete, up to a total of three entries total during the Promotion Period.

  If you complete Event Challenges but do not wish to participate in the Promotion, you may request to opt out of the Promotion by completing the form located at https://forms.gle/LiM2CS8uJWWr8q8v8. Upon receipt, your entries will be removed from consideration.

• Web Entry. Complete and submit the form located at https://forms.gle/xoWbcJdhxHmYev739. Web entries must be submitted on or before March 6, 2019. Entrants may submit only one Web Entry. Each Web Entry will constitute three (3) entries, provided, however, that the number of combined In-Game Entries and Web Entries per player may not exceed three (3) total entries.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
If there are sufficient eligible entries, on or around March 9, 2020, fifteen (15) potential winners will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified of their status and of next steps via in-game notification and will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to claim a prize. If an insufficient number of potential winners respond in the 24 hours after notifications are sent, Zynga may notify alternate potential winners and award any remaining prizes to the first fifteen (15) eligible potential winners to respond via email based on the time stamp of when emails are received by Zynga or Zynga’s agents and to accept the prize per the directions set forth in the in-game notification and follow-up emails. In the event an initially selected potential winner is disqualified or unable to claim the prize for any reason, Zynga, in its sole discretion, may award the prize to an alternate winner. If Zynga determines in its sole discretion that a qualified alternate winner cannot be secured a sufficient time in advance of the 2020 World Poker Tour Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, one or more prizes may remain unclaimed. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Potential winners will be required to provide certain additional information and execute certain additional forms, including a declaration of eligibility, non-disclosure agreement, and a release of liability and publicity, within two (2) days of Zynga or Zynga’s agents requesting such information and/or forms. Failure to respond with such information and fully-executed forms within the two (2) day period will indicate definitively that the prize has been declined and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE DETAILS

• If there are sufficient eligible entries and qualified winners, fifteen (15) winners will win a trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida from May 1 – May 3, 2020, to play in the 2020 World Poker Tour Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. Each winner will receive: ground transport and/or round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner from a major airport near the winner’s home (as determined by Zynga in its sole discretion) to Fort Lauderdale, Florida; two (2) nights’ accommodation at a hotel of Zynga’s choosing; a $250.00 meal credit; and the “buy-in” to the 2020 World Poker Tour Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. Winners must travel on the dates determined by Zynga in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Travel is subject to availability. Travel must be round trip. Zynga or its agents will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. If in the judgment of Zynga air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location (within a two-hundred mile radius), ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Zynga’s sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion and those set forth by Zynga’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated above, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Zynga will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates. Zynga is not responsible if the 2020 World Poker Tour Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Zynga’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $5,600 (US).
• Limit one prize per Zynga player ID. Winner not entitled to any surplus between actual prize value and stated prize value.
• Zynga reserves the right to change the prize to one of equal or greater value, and may award the prize as a gift card, at its sole discretion.
• All expenses, costs, or taxes associated with acceptance of the prize not mentioned in these Rules are the responsibility of the winner.
• Zynga expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
• Zynga makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize awarded.
• The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

PRIVACY
